Applications for DCHS Sixth Form 2026-27

To apply for our 6th form students must complete the forms below dependent on their current enrollment status at DCHS:

There are 2 steps to your application.

Number one- Please complete the BROMCOM application form through the My Child at School (MCAS) App as outlined in the slides below:

Number 2- Students also need to complete the destinations data form below so we understand student destinations. Students will be given time in form class to complete this for below:

External Applicants

Option one- Please fill in this form if you are applying to us as an external candidate before 23rd February 2026.

Option two- Any external applicant after this date, please contact Anna Harrison (anna.harrison@dchs-alnwick.uk) or Martin Allenby (martin.allenby@dchs-alnwick.uk) stating the 3 options that you would like to study and the 1 additional learning option that you would wish to study from the prospectus.

Below is the link to our 6th Form Virtual Site which contains information and videos of our course offer delivered by Heads of Department should you wish to listen in a little more detail to the offer that we have at DCHS in making any late applications or if you are thinking of joining us as an external student or you missed our options evening on the 4th February 2026.
